Job titles do not define us! Nor, do they describe who we are and all of the thousands of experiences we have had throughout life whether it be personal or professional. A job title cannot capture a life’s story, the hard work and the patchwork of experiences and skills we have acquired. Creativity cannot be squeezed into a title, but it is nurtured, changeable, expansive and ever evolving! In my case it is a puzzle with a lot of pieces that didn’t always make sense, but intuitively, eventually they made sense and fit together.
